Ever since Kareena Kapoor joined movies, a major chunk of discussion about her, has always been relating to her weight. Weight gain, weight loss, have been two most common two worders used with Kareena’s name, more often than not. While she was never an endorser of a skinny body during the first half of her career, in one phase, she transformed herself into a size zero bombshell for her movie, Tashan.
However, later she said goodbye to the size zero figure and went on to staying in shape, but with her curves, that best suit her. She did put on noticeable weight during her pregnancy, but that is something totally natural. Immediately after delivering her first baby, Kareena started following a strict diet, and also shared the secrets of staying fit before and after pregnancy, in her friend and fitness trainer Rujuta Diwekar (see here : Kareena Kapoor reveals fitness secrets).
Still on the way to bettering her body, Kareena has been spending a lot of time at the gym of late. Recently, her Pilates instructor took to Instagram handle to share a fresh new video of Kareena sweating it out.
